The Association “Estetika”, Bulgaria and Neoanalysis, Greece are implementing the project “Youth Digital Kickstart”, No. 2022-1-BG01-KA210-YOU-000081205.

With the implementation of Activity 1 “Online survey” a survey is conducted on the topic “Identification of the factors affecting youth employment in Bulgaria and Greece”. The study is aimed at examining the factors that determine unemployment and economic inactivity among the youth of both countries. The main goal is to analyze the possibilities and attitudes of the target group to use the innovations in the digital age and, in particular, in art.

Target audience:

– young people between 18 and 30 years old, not engaged in work, including young people at risk of social exclusion and those from marginalized communities who are interested in developing digital skills.

The generated data will be used to identify the part of the target group that has a high motivation for active inclusion in the labor market and basic digital skills in the field of art creation, cryptocurrencies, online content, etc. It is to them that the team’s efforts will be directed when carrying out part of the planned events and tasks within the framework of the subsequent activities in the “Youth Digital Kickstart” project.

The survey cards of the participants with interests, motivation for development, and basic skills in the field of digital art will be processed in a report-analysis for the assessment of the factors affecting youth employment in the region of Vidin, Bulgaria, and the Attiki region, Greece. Therein, conclusions will be made about the incentives and barriers to the motivation of young people for personal and career development and proposals for possible actions stimulating the youth’s professional realization will be presented.
