From May 9th to 11th, 2025, the final Summary Meeting of the Erasmus+ KA2 project EduExchange took place in Athens, Greece. Partners from Poland and Greece gathered one last time to reflect on the outcomes, impact, and long-term sustainability of the two-year collaboration focused on non-formal youth education.

The meeting agenda included a structured and productive framework for wrapping up the project:

• The day began with a review of the project’s implementation, highlighting milestones, challenges overcome, and the strong cooperation between the partner organizations.
  
  
• This was followed by an in-depth impact assessment and feedback session, where partners shared insights on the project’s influence at local, organizational, and participant levels.
  
  
• The morning concluded with the financial and administrative closure, ensuring all aspects of project reporting were finalized in line with Erasmus+ requirements.
  
  
• After a collaborative lunch, discussions focused on the sustainability and follow-up actions, exploring opportunities for continuing partnerships and applying the project’s methodologies beyond its official timeline.
  
  
• The meeting concluded with final remarks and the distribution of certificates, celebrating the collective effort and achievements of everyone involved.
  
  

In addition to the working sessions, participants enjoyed free time in Athens, offering a chance to reflect, connect informally, and experience the city’s vibrant culture.

The EduExchange project has successfully promoted non-formal learning, cultural exchange, and youth empowerment. The final TPM marked not just the end of the project, but the beginning of new ideas and collaborations inspired by it.
