ITS2021 papers should be original and not published or submitted to any other journal or conference.

The ITS2021 Proceedings are published in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science series (LNCS) by Springer.

All paper submissions should be made through Springer’s OCS platform: Authors should use the only function “submit your abstract” provided by OCS to submit their paper which includes an abstract.

Paper submissions should be in PDF.

Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation of their paper. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their paper.

All fees include online participation in the Conference & Springer’s e-licenses for the Proceedings.

Authors who are entitled to a reduced fee of 10% for their first paper, they will receive a voucher code to their email which they should use once during their registration. These are the registered ITS2020 authors.

Participation in the Conference for people other than authors: Students, researchers, and all other individuals interested in attending online the ITS2021 Conference can participate free of charge without registering for the Conference. However, they should send the organizers an email with their full names and affiliation. (info@iis-international.org)

Participation in the Conference Selected Workshops and Tutorials

Participation in all workshops & tutorials of ITS2021 is free of charge for all registered “Authors” and for other ITS Participants. Interested participants should send the organizers an email with their full names and affiliation.(info@iis-international.org)

Free of charge online participation in the NiDS Conference (https://nids2021.iis-international.org/)

All registered authors for ITS2021, if interested, can attend online the NiDS conference, free of charge.
In the case of physical participation in the NiDS Conference, a reduced attendance fee by 50% will be applied.

Free and reduced attendance does not apply to ITS2021 authors who have papers in the NiDS conference. These authors should pay the full NiDS conference fee for authors.

Authors should submit their details in the registration form. Registration will not be completed until payment is processed and confirmed. Registered authors will view the deposit instructions during checkout. After the bank deposit has been successfully verified, the authors will receive a confirmation of the successful registration.

Authors whose papers are to be published cannot cancel their registration but may nominate an alternative person to present their paper.

Yes, a certificate of participation in ITS2021 will be sent, via email, after the end of the ITS2021 Conference, to ALL REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS.
